HARC Classes and Registration

2019-2020 General Information

  • For the 2019-2020 school year, participation in HARC costs $480 per area of study if using the full payment registration. A few of our programs are one semester, and those cost $270 if using the full payment registration. There is a $30 discount if you register for a class using the full payment registration before July 1.
  • When you register, $50 of the tuition is non-refundable.
  • After July 15, we will not be able to issue refunds of any amount. By that time, we will have contracted with an instructor to work with your child, and you are obligated to fulfill that contract.  For payment plan registrations, you are obligated to make all payments if your student withdraws after July 15.
  • If an area of study does not meet its minimum enrollment, all of the enrolled students will receive a full refund.
  • There is a payment plan option for each class listed in the registration.  If using a payment plan, participation in HARC costs $510 per area of study.  A few of our programs are one semester and those cost $300 with the payment plan.  The payments are divided into thirds or in half. Payment links will be emailed.  2nd payments are due Oct 1 and 3rd payments are due Nov 1.   If full payment is not received by December 1, the student will be dismissed from attending.

2019-2020 Registration Instructions

  1. When you register for these classes, you have two options – a regular registration or payment plan registration.  If you choose to do the payment plan, you pay the first installment.  When the 2nd and 3rd payments are due, a registration link for payment will be emailed to you. All payments are due by December 1.
  2. Make sure you read and understand our policies, available HERE.
  3. When you register, you will be transferred to another website. If you don’t have an account there, you will need to create one.  There will be instructions in the registration for creating an account.

NOTE: Complete the registration process separately for each child you want to register.   Also, families are to make sure they have accounts with Google hangouts as we use that at times to do make up classes during inclement weather or unplanned class cancellations.  Teachers may also use hangouts to help with assignments.
